Track your cashback in the Fizz app (cashback tracker)

Use this page to quickly find and understand your Fizz cashback. Cashback in Fizz appears as either Points (redeemable) or Credits (merchant discounts applied to your balance), with posting rules set by policy.

Quick how‑to: see your cashback

1) Open the Fizz app → Rewards

  • You’ll see two places cashback can appear:

  • Points: your earn/redemption activity and current balance

  • Credits: merchant discounts (applied by Fizz to your balance)

2) Tap Credits to view merchant discounts

  • These won’t show on the store receipt because Fizz applies them to your Fizz Line of Credit after the transaction settles.

  • Both Credits and point redemptions also appear in your periodic billing statements.

Use this guide to see where your Fizz rewards appear, how long they take to post, what each status means, and how to report missing rewards. Policy-backed timelines and rules are included so you always know what to expect.

Where to see your rewards in the Fizz app

  • Open the Fizz app → Rewards.

  • Check two places:

  • Points: your Fizz Points balance and recent earn/redemption activity.

  • Credits: discounts applied from merchant offers (not shown on store receipts) that reduce your Fizz Line of Credit balance.

  • Statement view: credits and point redemptions also appear in your periodic billing statements.

What each status means (and when it updates)

Posting timelines and SLAs (policy-backed)

  • Points posting SLA: Points accrue when qualifying transactions are paid off within the billing cycle and post to your balance within up to 5 business days after that billing payment. Rewards Policy

  • Discount Program credits: Discounts are applied by Fizz to your Fizz Line of Credit (not at the register) after a qualifying transaction; timing can vary by merchant processing. Legacy Rewards & Discounts

  • Discrepancy window (reporting deadline): Report any missing/incorrect rewards or discounts within 60 days of the transaction. Legacy Rewards & Discounts

  • Referral 10x boost timing: Each successful referral increases your category multiplier by +1x for 30 days from the referred user’s approval; up to 10x total. 10x Rewards Boost Terms

  • Point expiration: Points generally expire 2 years after accrual; additional forfeiture rules can apply on closure or default. Rewards Policy

How earning and redeeming works (quick facts)

  • Category multipliers: Non‑members earn 1x per dollar in the selected category; Members earn 3x per dollar in the selected category (Category Programs). Check your selected category in‑app. Rewards Policy

  • 10x promotional boosts: Earn temporary higher multipliers via eligible referrals (see terms and eligibility). 10x Rewards Boost Terms

  • Redemption: Points can be redeemed for cash transfers (rate shown in‑app). Minimum redemption $10; maximum $500 per calendar month. Points are not transferable or saleable. Rewards Policy

  • Good standing required: Earning and redemption require your account/card to be in good standing and compliant with all terms. Rewards Policy

Troubleshooting: common reasons rewards look missing

Before contacting support, check these policy-based causes:

  • Ineligible transaction types or merchants (e.g., refunds, disputed or fraudulent activity) were excluded. Rewards Policy

  • The purchase was outside your currently selected category or outside a promotional window. Rewards Policy

  • The credit appears as a Fizz‑applied balance credit (not on the merchant receipt). Legacy Rewards & Discounts

  • Your account wasn’t in good standing at the time of accrual/redemption. Rewards Policy

  • Returns or chargebacks triggered reversals. Rewards Policy

  • You’re still within the posting SLA (up to 5 business days after billing payment for points). Rewards Policy

“Missing rewards?” triage form (what to send us)

Submit via the app: Support → Rewards → Missing rewards. Include:

  • Your Fizz account email and full name

  • Transaction details: merchant, date, amount (as posted), and last 4 digits of your Fizz Card

  • Offer details: category selected or specific promo you expected

  • Evidence: receipt and a screenshot of the posted transaction in the Fizz app

  • Notes: whether any part of the purchase was refunded, disputed, or split

Important:

  • Wait until the posting window passes (points: up to 5 business days after billing payment). Rewards Policy

  • File within 60 days of the transaction date. Submissions after 60 days may not be eligible. Legacy Rewards & Discounts
